Acceptance of Terms

Section 3
Account Registration

Each eligible player may hold only one account at aiorn play. Registering multiple accounts — even under different names or email addresses — is a serious breach of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, aiorn play may close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending review.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, valid email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Security

Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as authorised by you, unless you have notified aiorn play of a suspected breach before the relevant activity occurred. aiorn play cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact aiorn play support immediately at support@aiornplay.com and change your password without delay. Do not use public Wi-Fi or shared devices when logging in or conducting financial transactions on your aiorn play account.

Section 5
Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions at aiorn play are processed in Philippine pesos (₱ / PHP). Supported deposit channels include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available channels and transaction limits are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered aiorn play account holder — are not permitted and will trigger a review. Any balance funded through a third-party payment may be frozen pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment accounts that match your verified aiorn play identity details. Processing times vary by channel and are subject to any applicable verification review. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

aiorn play reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing withdrawals where the account has not been previously verified, where unusual transaction patterns are detected, or where the withdrawal is the first following a significant deposit or bonus redemption.

Section 6
Bonuses and Promotions

aiorn play may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and referral rewards from time to time. All promotions are subject to individual terms that specify the eligible games, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal from bonus funds.

Read the full conditions attached to any offer before accepting it. Accepting a bonus and then placing bets without meeting the wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

• Wagering requirements state how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where specified) must be turned over across eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Game contributions may vary — not all games contribute equally to a wagering requirement. Check the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Expiry dates apply to all bonuses. Unused bonus balances expire automatically once the stated period ends.

The Refer a Friend programme carries its own supplementary terms. Both the referring player and the referred new player must meet individual qualifying conditions before any reward is credited. Refer-a-friend rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash outside the normal wagering and withdrawal process.

Section 7
Gameplay Rules

Each game category at aiorn play — including Tongits, online casino, JILI slots, MMA betting, virtual sports, and Sabong — is governed by individual game rules that determine valid bets, settlement procedures, and applicable odds or pay tables. These rules are available within each game's interface or product section.

aiorn play uses certified random number generators (RNG) for applicable casino and virtual sports products. Outcomes are independently determined and cannot be influenced by player behaviour, account history, or any external factor. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault that prevents proper settlement of a bet — including platform outages, data feed interruptions, or third-party provider errors — aiorn play reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings credited as a result of a clear technical error or erroneous odds display are not valid and will be corrected upon identification.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at aiorn play and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where required by law — referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account under any combination of personal details
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting personal information
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial crime
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in displayed odds, or technical vulnerabilities
• Coordinating with other players to guarantee outcomes, manipulate markets, or circumvent the house edge
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the aiorn play platform
• Accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aiorn play staff or other players through any channel

Where an account is closed for breach of terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. Deposits that cannot be connected to prohibited conduct will generally be returned to the verified payment account, subject to applicable review timelines.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed once all open bets have been settled. Outstanding withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment account before the account is closed.

Intellectual Property
